Dev-C++ Portable is the on-the-go version of Dev-C++. It has all the features that come with Dev-C++, but the difference is that you can directly run it from an external device, without having to install it.
The user interface is simple (in comparison with newer and more complex programming platforms), but if you are not acquainted with this kind of environment, you may come across some challenges. The help file only offers information on the navigational aspects of Dev-C++, so programming skills are a must in this case.
With the help of this application, you can create and edit many common source file formats such as .C, .CPP, .CC, .C++ or .CP. You are able to create a new source file, resource file, or project. After you have finished writing the code, save the file, debug it, and create an executable file.
In addition, Dev-C++ can retrieve information from header files to help you easily find functions, classes and variables, thanks to a class browser and a code completion list, but also create a cache of the standard header files.
You have the option of searching for a specific function, line or text within the code, by enabling case sensitive or whole words only, forward or backward, global or only selected scope. Plus, you can create a to-do list (for the current file or for all files), check code syntax, toggle breakpoint, and others. The code can be exported to HTML or RTF.
Dev-C++ takes little time to compile an executable file, while using a small amount of CPU and memory resources.
In conclusion, Dev-C++ is a powerful IDE addressed to certified programmers. The portable version can be run without installation and doesn’t leave a fingerprint on the system registry.

As far as I know, C/C++ programs can be run in several ways: from the command line, or via the Windows (Visual) Studio IDE. With the latter option, you can use a “Command Prompt” (Console) to run your programs directly (depending on what you need to do). This is an IDE that requires a Windows license.
One more option is Dev-C++. This IDE is standalone and requires no Windows license, but you need to install it.
When you run the program, it opens a Command Prompt with the name of the program, that you can run without installing it. This can be useful if you want to run programs on a device that you don’t have the Windows License, or if you want to run an executable from a zip file. At present, Dev-C++ is only available for the Windows 8+ platforms. I have it on a Windows 8 tablet that I use for programming. It is more convenient than the command line, because you don’t have to launch the program, but can just run it while doing other things on the device. It also has a program manager and class browser, and can save (open, save, and run) a file.
You can have more than one open at a time, like using command prompt. This is what I use to run programs when I have to work on more than one program at once, on the tablet

Proving the cardinality of a set with $sum (n+1)^2$ being determined and $sum n^2$ being determined.
Let $sum(n+1)^2$ be known to be determined by $sum n^2$. Prove that the cardinality of the set $N$ of natural numbers is either $1$ or $2$.
$sum(n+1)^2$ can be written as $sum (n^2 + 2n +1)$. Thus $sum (n^2 + 2n +1)$ is determined by $sum n^2$.
Since $sum n^2$ is known to be determined, the cardinality of $N$ is either $1$ or $2$.
Is my proof correct?
Please help me.
The sum $sum (n+1)^
